Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BizOps -Sales Ops Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data related to closed won deals within our Salesforce CRM system. You will meticulously review contracts and associated documentation to verify information, correct any discrepancies, update opportunity records, and ensure that all necessary products are accurately reflected. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

 

Responsibilities

  • Data Verification: Review contracts and associated documentation for closed won deals to verify the accuracy of data such as pricing, quantities, and product details.
    • Review and process signed contracts and process the data into finance-ready format for operating metrics
    • Audit opportunity contract details for accuracy and consistency
    • MRR Reconciliation: Revenue monitoring and management, specifically for month-end, quarter-end and annual trends
    • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Record Correction: Update opportunity records in Salesforce CRM to accurately reflect the information provided in the contracts. This includes correcting any errors or discrepancies identified during the review process.
  • Product Addition: Ensure that all products associated with closed won deals are correctly documented in Salesforce CRM. Add any missing products and update product details as necessary.
  • Amount Updates: Verify the total amounts and financial details of closed won deals against the contract terms. Update the amounts in Salesforce CRM to reflect the correct values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, contract administrators, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to closed won deals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all changes made to opportunity records and associated documents. Ensure that all updates are accurately documented for future reference.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the closed won deals processing workflow. Make recommendations for enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills with a strong drive to seek resolution to issues
  • An obsession with data quality, accuracy and standardization
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Project management experience a plus
